We will send you a list on Mondays for you to see who is registered.  If an agent leaves your office, please make us part of the offboarding process so that we can remove them.  

The program is designed to be self-motivated, so the students are expected to drive the process by completing the homework and sharing their progress with their mentor (who can be whomever they want).  

The beauty of the program is that the student is to drive the program and I make that VERY clear in the lessons.  So, they should be driving you!  The intention is to let you know who you should be focused on...meaning that talent will dig in.  

On our team, we do weekly check-ins where we use the Mentor Guide (found both in the program and in your toolkit) to check homework/completed activities.  THAT is the measure of progress, not what lessons they have watched.  If you have them open their app, it will show you where they are.  However, homework completion is what should be cared about.  If they had all of their homework done, then they earn our time.  If not, we don't meet until their homework is completed.  

Everything is designed so that the self-motivated and driven will rise to the top and the people who aren't will self-eliminate (quickly so as to not waste your leadership resources).

We ask for the ACH or Credit Card information on the license agreement.

Then we set the office up in quickbooks with the payment information.

Then on your monthly payment date, we run the card and send you the paid invoice.
